✿Due to the complications of Income Tax, I will be changing payment method from paypal link to Paypal Invoice.
✿This will require your Paypal Email address for payments! :]As of February 21, 2018
✿I will no longer be working weekends! I will schedule accordingly
✿There will be an extra charge on OVERWATCH emotes. There is a lot of detail in the characters and they take me longer to create.
✿PSDs are $50 usd + 35% of the original totalTerms and Conditions
✿I reserve all rights to upload this artwork to wherever I see fit.
✿You cannot redistribute your graphics without proper credit, claim it as your own, or alter it without my permission.
✿I reserve the right to decline any commissions at anytime if I am uncomfortable with you or with what you want.
✿I require HALF of the total, nonrefundable, before I start working on your commission.
✿Please do not waste my time! Be specific or I will not do your commission / I will do whatever I want because you never specified. I do have questions that I ask before I start the commission to help with this one.
✿All sales are FINALRevisions after Sketch Approval/ Cancellations / Refunds / RUSH
✿Small revisions up to *2 are perfectly okay, but if you want me to redo the full overlay / art there will be a fee of 50% of the total cost.
✿All big changes (structural & shape) should be done in sketch phase
✿If you choose to cancel your commission before I finish, you do not have to pay the final half of the total.
✿RUSH FEE : 50% Of the total of your order, on top of your order.The Process
✿First I will sketch the commission.
✿I will then send the sketch to you for sketch approval ( during this phase any changes made are free ).
✿After sketch approval I will add you to color queue and color your commission.
✿After coloring I'll send the commission to you for color approval! ( during this phase you are allotted up to 2 small changes )
✿Last step is Final payment and Completion!How long will the Koukiemission take?
✿They will be done anywhere from same-day to a week.Am I responsible for the Paypal fee?
✿Nope! You are not responsible for the PayPal transfer fee, but it is good etiquette to tip the artist. :]
✿You are very welcome to ask for work in progress! Just let me know!When do I pay?
✿You may choose half (non refundable) or the full complete payment. After I confirm that the payment is received I will add you to slots and start on your mission. If you paid half the charge, after I finish I will send you a preview of the final product with a watermark on it.
✿If you choose the half payment, it is NON-REFUNDABLE.
✿If you paid full, I will always at-least refund HALF back to you if something/anything happens.What size are the overlays / artworks?
✿Unless you are specific about what you would like I will just ask a main color for the theme and size the images to the resolution of my screens (1920x1080).
✿Emotes are 112x112px , Avatars are 800x800, Chibis are 400x400.
✿For Digital Drawings DPI is always 300.
✿I will not tolerate any rudeness, disrespect or troll. I am free to cancel your order if I feel you have disrespected me in any way.
✿DO NOT ask me to come talk to you about commissions on your stream. It is unprofessional from my side and I will not come to your stream.What type of file does your products come in and how difficult to install?
✿My overlays usually come anywhere from 2 to 4 different .png (transparent background) files.
✿Emotes and Avatars will both come in .png also.
✿Animated BG / any type of animation will come in either .mov or .mp4 files

If you’ve found your way here, chances are you know me from Facebook or Twitter, where I go by "Koukiechan."My journey into digital art and design started back in 2006 when Xanga was all the rage.
